Privacy notice
Draft — pending final wording from PCWA. The sections below describe how OneHub processes your data today.
Who we are
OneHub is the training and event management platform operated by Primary Care Workforce Academy CIC (PCWA) for healthcare professionals across South East London and partner regions. PCWA is the data controller for the information you provide here.
What we collect
Your account and professional profile (name, organisation email, job role, organisation, borough, optional mobile number and manager details), optional demographic information (gender, ethnic group, age group — used only in anonymised, aggregated reporting for funding bodies), your training activity (bookings, attendance, evaluations, certificates, programme enrolment and progress), and payment records where you pay for training (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details).
How we use it
To manage your training bookings and attendance, issue certificates, run programme enrolment (including supervisor sign-off and moderation where a programme requires it), send you booking confirmations, reminders and service messages, and produce workforce training reports in which individuals are not identifiable.
Who we share it with
Webinar platform (Livestorm) for online session registration; email/marketing tooling (Mailchimp) where mailing lists are used; Stripe for payments; and — only where your programme requires it — your named GP supervisor or an external moderator, who receive secure single-use links rather than portal accounts. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Training records are retained in line with PCWA's retention policy (by default seven years of inactivity), after which accounts are anonymised: your identity is removed while anonymous attendance statistics are preserved.
Your rights
You can download a copy of your data and delete your account (which anonymises your records) at any time from My Profile, or contact PCWA to exercise any of your UK GDPR rights, including access, rectification and erasure.
